    U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Larry Washington, 554th Red Horse Squadron engineering specialist, teaches a class of foreign military partners during exercise Silver Flag Jan. 28, 2020 at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Silver Flag consists of key leaders from six Partner Nations including Japan Air Self-Defense Force, Indonesia AF, Royal Mongolian AF, Sri Lanka AF, Philippine AF, Republic of Korea AF and Royal Singapore AF. The members trained with each other performing Airfield Damage Recovery and observing the latest Civil Engineering capabilities.
