    SAN ANTONIO - (Jan. 30, 2020) Senior Chief Navy Counselor Keri Levy, of New Orleans, the officer assistant chief recruiter (OACR) assigned to Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio has qualified to become one of the latest chief recruiters (CR) within Navy Recruiting Command. The CR is considered to be a subject matter expert in all fields of Navy recruiting. Levy, a 2000 graduate of Sarah T.
