ASAN, Guam (Jan. 24, 2020) Senior Chief Electronics Technician (Radio) Michael Bay, from Columbus, Ind., assigned to Commander, Submarine Squadron 15 (CSS-15), collects trash during a community volunteer project at Asan Memorial Beach Park. The project is part of the Navy Sailor 360 program, a developing program teaching and inspiring deckplate leadership fundamentals among the enlisted force and officer corps through community outreach events, classroom discussions and physical training. CSS-15 is responsible for providing training, material, and personnel readiness support to four Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine commands located at Polaris Point, Naval Base Guam.
