ASAN, Guam (Jan. 24, 2020) Electronics Technician (Navigation) 1st Class Andrew Walters, from Toccoa, Ga., assigned to the Performance Monitoring Team at Commander, Submarine Squadron Fifteen (CSS-15), conducts heritage training with Sailors assigned to CSS-15 at the Liberation Memorial at Asan Memorial Beach Park. The project is part of the Navy Sailor 360 program, a developing program teaching and inspiring deckplate leadership fundamentals among the enlisted force and officer corps through community outreach events, classroom discussions and physical training. CSS-15 is responsible for providing training, material, and personnel readiness support to four Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine commands located at Polaris Point, Naval Base Guam.
