    WINSOR, N.C. – The North Carolina Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) presents a Patriot award to Bertie County Sheriff John Holley on 22, January, 2020 at the Bertie County Sheriff's Office. The ESGR Statement of Support is designed to increase employer support by encouraging them to act as advocates for employee participation in the Guard and Reserve. The Guard and Reserve makes up nearly half of the nation's total available military manpower.
