    Senior Airman Verna Amaya, 23d Operational Medical Readiness Squadron dental assistant, explains the route of the Health and Readiness Optimization (HeRO) Dash 4K to participants Nov. 23, 2019, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. The event was part of a larger campaign to promote being tobacco free. Participants ran or walked the Mission Lake Running Trail in support of the campaign.
