SAN DIEGO (Jan. 20, 2020) Air Traffic Controller 2nd Class Michael Sikorsky, from Helena, Montana, meets his daughter for the first time as the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) completes it's homeport shift to Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI). Abraham Lincoln returns to NASNI after a ten-month deployment in support of maritime security operations and theater cooperation efforts in the U.S. 6th, 5th, and 7th Fleet area of operation.
