    ATLANTIC OCEAN (Jan. 19, 2020) An F/A-18F Super Hornet, assigned to the "Salty Dogs" of Test and Evaluation (TE) Squadron (VX) 23, lands on USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) flight deck during flight operations aboard the ship. Ford is currently conducting Aircraft Compatibility Testing to further test its Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch Systems (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG).
