Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport’s business operations manager, Ron Cappucci, found a bit of work/life balance last year in exploring Ghana with his wife, Effie who was born there, and their eight-year-old son. Not only did the trip offer an opportunity to learn about a new culture, but Cappucci discovered what it meant to unplug from work for a while.
