Road Condition Red at Ramstein Air Base represents very hazardous road conditions, and is often accompanied by an early release or delayed reporting. During inclement weather, some of the conditions that may call for a change to Red are temperatures less than 30 degrees Fahrenheit, four to eight inches of snow, snow drifts, sheets of ice, and reduced visibility of less than 65 feet.
