200114-N-QR336-1041 NARRA, Palawan (Jan. 14, 2020) Steelworker 3rd Class Morgan Klaus, from Weston, Florida, and Builder 2nd Class Emily Manley, from Dalton, Ohio, both deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5’s Detail Palawan, install stucco as an exterior finish to the new two-room schoolhouse being built at Malatgao Elementary School. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
