SINGAPORE (Jan. 15, 2019) The Honorable Thomas B. Modly, acting Secretary of the Navy, pins Quartermaster 2nd Class Jeffrey Mensah with a Navy Marine Corps Achievement medal (NAM) at Logistics Group Western Pacific headquarters. Mensah was recently selected as the commands junior Sailor of the Year. Secretary Modly’s visit to Singapore is part of a multi-nation visit to the U.S. Indo-Pacific areas of responsibility focused on reinforcing existing partnerships and visiting Sailors and Marines providing forward presence.
