Lt. Joshua Bowman, project officer, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC), demonstrates the capabilities of Electronic Retrograde Management System (eRMS), to Capt. Gene Cash, deputy assistant commander for Supply Chain Technology/Systems Integration, NAVSUP, Capt. Douglas M. Bridges Jr., commanding officer, NAVSUP BSC, Kurt J. Wendelken, assistant commander for Supply Chain Technology/Systems Integration, NAVSUP, and Michael T. Madden, vice commander, NAVSUP, during an Echelon III visit at NAVSUP BSC in Mechanicsburg, Pa. During the visit, NAVSUP BSC staff provided command briefs, capability demonstrations, and answered questions for Madden. NAVSUP BSC provides the Navy with information systems support through the design, development, and maintenance of systems in the functional areas of logistics, supply chain management, transportation, finance, and accounting.
