Two U.S. Army soldiers in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms are performing electrical diagnostics or maintenance on a military vehicle, likely a HMMWV (Humvee), inside what appears to be a maintenance bay or motor pool facility. One soldier is holding a yellow multimeter (Fluke brand) while the other works on wiring near the dashboard. The setting suggests a routine vehicle maintenance or troubleshooting operation.
