U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Jose Tamayo, 32, of Miami, cuts the hair of Petty Officer 3rd Class Donald Foley, 21, of Boston, Jan. 6, 2020, aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Polar Star (WAGB-10) about 10 miles north of McMurdo Station, Antarctica.
