U.S. Marine Zephrin Green Jr., a basic logistics/embarkation specialist with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, is promoted to the rank of sergeant aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Jan. 3, 2020. Green recently transferred from Combat Logistics Regiment 35 to the 22nd MEU where he will now lead fellow Marines on an upcoming Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force.
