    191231-N-DW182-1077 CARTAGENA, COLOMBIA (Dec. 31, 2019) Adm. Ramirez, commander of the Colombian Navy, greets Cmdr. Anthony James, commanding officer, on the flight deck of the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Detroit (LCS 7).
