U.S. Army Soldiers take part in the 362nd Quartermaster Battalion (Petroleum Supply) change of command ceremony Sept. 15, 2019, at Winterville, N.C. Lt. Col. Robert L. Wooten took command from Lt. Col. Antoinette N. Chase, who left to become deputy commander of the 207th Regional Support Group. Wooten previously held that same position before taking charge of the 362nd Quartermaster Battalion.
