Two soldiers in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) are prominently featured in the foreground, one facing the camera wearing a cavalry Stetson hat with crossed sabers insignia and a lieutenant colonel oak leaf cluster, while the other has his back to the camera wearing a green beret. A formation of soldiers in ACUs and Stetsons stands in the background, with a yellow-fringed guidon or colors visible on the right.
