(Dec. 21, 2019) – Santa and Rolling Thunder Chapter 5, arrive at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) to pass out presents to sick children during Operation Bright Light on Dec. 21. NMCP hosted the 21st annual Operation Bright Light, an event that helps children cope with an illness or injury during a hospital stay or a visit to the emergency room through a visit by Santa and his helpers.
