Lt. Col. Bryan Carlson, assigned to the 149th Fighter Wing, piloted his final flight in an F-16 Fighting Falcon at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, Dec. 20, 2019. The "fini flight" is a long-standing Air Force tradition that serves as a career milestone for pilots approaching retirement.
