Lt. Col. Michael Fish, the deputy staff judge advocate for Task Force Spartan, enjoys the camaraderie on display with fellow legal corps officers of the Jordan Armed Forces during a recent subject matter expert exchange in Jordan. The multiday event was designed to foster a deeper understanding of how each country approaches complex legal issues such as the rules of engagement, laws of armed conflict and crisis response management. This was one of a series of several similar type of engagements conducted by Task Force Spartan judge advocates with the Jordan Armed Forces.
