Sergeant Anthony Brown is awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Dec. 20. Upon completing his tour as a driver for Lt. Gen. Michael Rocco, Brown received orders to MCRD San Diego where he recently completed Drill Instructor School.
