(Dec. 16, 2019) Chelsea Saunders, former Miss Virginia Beach; Dot Kelly, Miss Arlington, Breana Turner, Miss Greater Charlottesville; and Ensign Andolyn Medina, former Miss Virginia’s Outstanding Teen and Preteen and a prior Miss Virginia local titleholder and current Miss District of Columbia 1st runner up, gather after delivering gifts to children hospitalized in Naval Medical Center Portsmouth’s (NMCP) Inpatient Pediatric Ward.
