U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Lupita Rodriguez makes adjustments to her pack on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 19, 2019. Marines from across the U.S. Indo-Pacific area of responsibility participated in a week-long screening to qualify for the Psychological Operations occupational field. As one assessment, Marines hiked 6 miles with a 35 pound-pack. Rodriguez, a native of Weslaco, Texas, is a networking administrator with 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment.
