Weston Cross helps Adam Hamm, both members of the Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District’s Dive Team, attach a dive helmet before Hamm enters the Black Rock Lock to seal the upper guard gates of the lock Dec. 17 in Buffalo, NY. The lock has been closed for repairs since November. The District’s dive team provides full-scale diving services to partners across the United States and abroad.
