Maryland’s Assistant Adjutant General for the Army, Brig. Gen. Janeen L. Birckhead provides opening remarks at the 110th IO Battalion’s third annual Information Operations and Cyber Operations Symposium at the Annapolis Readiness Center, on Nov. 17. Whether at home in Maryland working toward election security or supporting a multi-national exercises with our international partners, the 110th IO Battalion contributes key capabilities to the Total Army to face threats in the information environment and cyber domain. This year’s third annual symposium provided an opportunity for experts in these fields to share information and build relationships as they work together to meet the unique challenges of today’s threat environment.
