PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Dec. 12, 2019) Naval Medical Center Portsmouth’s (NMCP) Caregiver Occupational Stress Control (CgOSC) team sets up a display table to discuss and hand out information on Dec. 12. The team also set up activities and giveaways to help reduce stress. CgOSC is a program designed to promote peer intervention, strengthen unit cohesion and develop a supportive work environment for all NMCP staff by reducing the stigma of seeking help for stress injuries.
