Leaders from the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians are presented with a commemorative plaque by Capt. Olav Saboe, the commanding officer of Coast Guard Sector North Bend, in North Bend, Oregon, Nov. 22, 2019.
