The Coast Guard Cutter Eagle, a 295-foot barque homeported in New London, Conn., passes the USS Wasp, an 847-foot amphibious assault vessel, during the Parade of Sail, June 8, 2012. The Eagle's primary mission is to train officer candidates and cadets before they enter the fleet as commissioned officers.
