A low-cost, low-altitude air drop is shown after being released from a No. 37 Squadron Royal Australian Air Force C-130J Superhecules onto the island of Magur, Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia, Dec. 12, 2019. OCD provides a unique training opportunity for the U.S. Air Force and its partnered allies, the Japan Air Self-Defense Force, the Royal Australian Air Force and the Royal New Zealand Air Force in performing air drops to unknown locations, a skill used in austere and peaceful environments.
