Ray Leung spoke to Naval Reserve Officers Corps (NROTC) midshipmen and staff at the University of Wisconsin in Madison on Friday, Dec. 6 at a dining out at the unit there. Leung, from Phoenix, Ariz. And a University of Arizona graduate, spoke about leadership, accountability and responsibility. He also stressed to the midshipmen that there were two ways to make mistakes: A lack of discipline and a lack of training. “Train hard and instill discipline—let your team go,” said Leung.
