191206-N-CC785-0011 MADISON, Wis. (Dec. 6, 2019) – Naval Station Great Lakes (NSGL) Commanding Officer Capt. Ray Leung spoke to Naval Reserve Officers Corps (NROTC) midshipmen and staff at the University of Wisconsin in Madison on Friday, Dec. 6 at a dining out at the unit there. Leung, from Phoenix, Ariz. And a University of Arizona graduate, spoke about leadership, accountability and responsibility. He also stressed to the midshipmen that there were two ways to make mistakes: A lack of discipline and a lack of training. “Train hard and instill discipline—let your team go,” said Leung.
