During the commander’s staff call Dec.9, 2019, Lt. Col. Hugh Darville, Huntsville Center deputy commander, presented Elizabeth Stiles, an interior designer at Huntsville Center, with a Department of the Army Certificate of Appreciation for exceptional service to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ South Atlantic Division. Maj. Gen. Diana Holland, SAD commander, wrote in the citation that Stiles’ advice and attention to detail maximized SAD’s funding to meet its mission requirements.
