Dozens of family, friends, veterans and members of the Ohioville, Pa., community, including Mayor John Szatkiewicz, help veteran Jesse Mercure, plant this Veterans Memorial Garden honoring the 276 Pennsylvanian soldiers fallen in Iraq and Afghanistan. This year marks the fifth annual planting.
