Two F/A-18E Super Hornets, assigned to the 'Diamondbacks' of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 102, perform aerial maneuvers over USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) during a practice air show on Sept. 17. The practice air show was done in preparation for Kitty Hawk's upcoming friends and family day cruise. Kitty Hawk is more than three months into her summer deployment from Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan.
