Coast Guard service members from the Coast Guard Cutter Steadfast, a 210-foot medium-endurance cutter home-ported in Astoria, Oregon, volunteer to paint the exterior of a school for children with special needs in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Oct. 26, 2019.
