    U.S. Marines with the III Marine Expeditionary Band are led off the stage by Gunnery Sgt. Robert Brooks during the 2019 Japan Self-Defense Forces Marching Festival at Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan, Nov. 29, 2019. The festival is hosted by the JSDF and brings military bands from the U.S., Vietnam, Germany, and Japan together to bond through music and strengthen their friendships.
