    Adm. Charles Ray, vice commandant of the Coast Guard, gets underway with Petty Officer 3rd Class Matthew Latham, a machinery technician at Station Houston, and Cmdr. Jarod Toczko, incident management division chief at Sector Houston-Galveston, to discuss their efforts during responses that occurred throughout the past year along the Houston Ship Channel in Houston, Texas, Nov. 14, 2019. This past year Station Houston has responded to cases ranging from protestors disrupting waterway transits by suspending from the Fred Hartman Bridge to a barge breakaway and collision with the I-10 bridge over the San Jacinto River.
