Dorey shows Sailors a pipe rupture that will be used during Flag Officer’s Sea Training (FOST) which the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Donald Cook (DDG 75) is participating in, Sept. 17, 2019. FOST is a three-week exercise led by the Royal Navy that tests the ship’s warfighting ability. Donald Cook, forward deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its ninth patrol in the U.S. 6th fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe and Africa.
