Vice Adm. Frank Pandolfe, commander of the U.S. 6th Fleet, passes through sideboys as he arrives aboard the U.S. 6th Fleet flagship, USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20), to participate in Baltic Operations (BALTOPS) 2012.
