For the past few weeks, Commissary shoppers had the opportunity to purchase a bag of side dishes and donate them to Airmen in need and offset the cost of providing free meals for the holiday. Because of their generosity the First Sgt. Counsel was able to purchase 218 Thanksgiving meals for Beale Airmen using Operation Warm Heart funds. which come from charitable contributions provided by the base and local communities.
