SOUTH CHINA SEA (Nov. 24, 2019) Seaman Tyler Pellet, from Stuart, Fla., a search and rescue swimmer assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Milius (DDG 69), dons a mask and snorkel as he prepares to conduct man-overboard training from a rigid hull inflatable boat. Milius is underway conducting operations in the Indo-Pacific region while assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
