Two men in dark suits are giving a press conference outdoors at what appears to be a military installation, surrounded by journalists holding microphones and recording devices. A large building complex and what appears to be a radar or missile defense system structure are visible in the background. The setting suggests an official visit or announcement at a defense facility.
