    Phra Amporn Nakklang, a monk from the Washington Buddhavanaram Temple in Auburn, arranges flowers around a Buddha statue in preparation for a Vesak celebration at JBLM Lewis North Chapel May 26. Vesak Day is celebrated on the first full moon of May as it is also the same day of Buddha’s birth, enlightenment and passing away.
