    Cdt Josiah Lowe give an Aggie thumbs up as the players take the field during the military appreciation game. On 16 November 2019, Texas A&M University, in College Station, TX, held a Veterans Appreciation Day football game, which included games for children and displays of the 1st Cavalry Armor Paladin Self Propelled Howitzers and an M2 Bradley Fighting Vehicle outside the stadium while inside Texas A&M played South Carolina University.
    Texas A&M has a long and active military tradition and is one of the top universities in commissioning officers into the U.S. military.
