Frank Jr., former commander, 455th Chemical Brigade, talks about the proud history of the unit in front of a crowd of Soldiers, civilians and family members at the reactivation ceremony for the 455th Chemical Brigade, 76th Operational Response Command, in Sloan, Nevada, Nov. 16. Comprised of nearly 2000 Army Reserve Soldiers, three battalions, 12 companies and two Army Reserve Elements, the 455th is the only chemical brigade in history to deploy to a combat theater of operations, and this is the 5th time in its proud history the unit has been activated since World War II.
