    Aviation Ordnanceman Chief Lachanda E. Parker, a Recruit Division Commander (RDC) assigned to Officer Training Command, Newport (OTCN) in Rhode Island, instructs a student with Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 06-20 to correct his form for push ups during the Navy Working Uniform inspections on Nov. 15, 2019. Physical training is incorporated to increase their stress level. OCS develops civilians and fleet Sailors into newly commissioned officers morally, mentally, physically and imbue them with the highest ideals of honor, courage and commitment in order to prepare graduates for service in the fleet as Naval officers.
