A group of workers, including what appear to be military personnel in camouflage uniforms and local civilians, are engaged in construction or ground-breaking work in a rocky, arid environment. A man in military attire and a camouflage bucket hat is pouring water from a bucket labeled 'TRENAL' onto the ground, while another man uses a pickaxe or shovel. A military-style vehicle is visible in the background.

U.S. Army Cpl. Kwami Koto, Civil Affairs Team 4902, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, pours water into a mixture of dirt and concrete during construction of the eco-dome here May 23. The workers mixed the cement with dirt and water, put the mixture in donated burlap-like bags, and placed barbed wire on top of each bag to grip it in place while the mixture hardened.
