Candidates try to achieve the highest score possible during their Army Physical Fitness Test Nov. 1. The APFT was the among the first events the 82 candidates needed to pass to compete for the Expert Field Medical Badge and the right to be called expert. After the week long competition, only 15 candidate earned the badge and title.
