Staff Sgt. Andrew Stoltz (pictured right), human resources noncomissioned officer, 108th Sustainment Brigade, Task Force Lincoln, Team Blackhawks, Illinois National Guard, raises a U.S. flag Oct. 25, 2019, at Camp Taji. Stoltz, of Morris, Ill., earned the title 1st Theater Sustainment Command (TSC) Sustainer of the Week for the week of Oct. 25 - Nov. 1, 2019. His command nominated him because of the high level of tactical and technical proficiency, knowledge, skills, and experience he demonstrates while executing Team Blackhawks' mission of building the Iraqi Army's logistical capabilities. Stoltz said he is pround to “have the opportunity to serve not just the people of the United States, but also to be part of this mission that helps the Iraqi Armed Forces be able to sustain their own fighting force.” Chief Warrant Officer 2 Lucas Miles, the unit’s human resources officer in charge, said he "exemplifies the integrity of a noncommissioned officer" and that the unit's command is proud of him sees he has great potential.
